About Peter Warren Automotive Group
The Peter Warren Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated company based in South West Sydney. The Peter Warren Automotive Group was founded by Peter Warren in 1958.
Peter Warren commenced business operating a small used car yard next to Liverpool Railway Station.
In 1959 the Company was granted the Volkswagen franchise which Peter operated until 1966. In March 1966 the company obtained the Ford Franchise for Fairfield and in April 1966 acquired the Ford Franchise for Liverpool. In 1979, the company moved its operations to Warwick Farm on a 10 acre site. Today the company’s land holding at Warwick Farm is nearly twenty two acres and the single site is home to 13 new car franchises and 2 used car departments.
Sydney’s first Automotive Village or Auto Mall, boasts a selection of franchises. Ford, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, Chrysler, Jeep , Dodge, Honda, Hyundai, Suzuki, Volvo, Peugeot, Renault and Kia and all located on one site.
The Dealerships are all situated on impressive landscaped gardens and offer customers the opportunity to browse our new cars at their leisure. It also offers the used car buyer a huge and varied selection of cars traded in from our 13 franchises.
The on-site fully licensed restaurant ‘Le Pavilion’ is an added attraction for our customers and the provision of golf buggies for the transportation of the elderly and families provide an easy and relaxed buying experience. The Group expanded its operations to Queensland in 1989 and built a new facility at Southport. Trading as Sunshine Automotive, our Gold Coast Company is proud to represent Ford, Kia, Volvo, Jaguar and the exclusive Aston Martin.
In 2002 the Peter Warren Group grew its Sydney operations to include the Campbelltown and Narellan region. Today, we are proud to offer our customers the great brands of Ford, Mercedes Benz, Kia, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Honda, Suzuki, Jaguar and Land Rover. With magnificent new premises we are very proud to serve such a great community.
With a huge parts department, we supply genuine parts for all our 17 brands to our factory trained technician service departments, as well as to businesses and DIY’s around Australia and the world.
The Peter Warren Group employs Management and staff of over 700 and Mr Warren’s three sons, Paul, Brad and Anthony are all actively involved in the Company. Paul as CEO, Brad as Dealer Principal of Toyota and Anthony as Dealer Principal of Honda and Kia. All three are very hands on in the business and are all passionate about the legacies their father gave them: honesty, decency and great customer service.
Mr Peter Warren passed away during 2006 but his vision, drive and passion has enabled the Peter Warren Automotive Group to become one of the largest and most respected organisations within the Australian Automotive Industry.
